Arctostaphylos uva-ursi, commonly known as bearberry is a flowering plant apart of the family Ericaceae and genus Arctostaphylos. Bearberry is naturally antibacterial and can help treat bronchitis, and infections of the kidney, urinary tract, and prostate. Bearberry can also be used to control bedwetting and heavy menstrual bleeding.
