Elecampane
Inula helenium, also known as horse-heal, elfdock, and elecampane is a widespread plant species in the sunflower family Asteraceae. It is native to Eurasia from Spain to Xinjiang Province in western China. Elecampane is a expectorant and is particularly useful for chronic bronchitis and other chest problems.
