Saw Palmetto
Serenoa repens, commonly known as saw palmetto, is an evergreen shrub in the family Arecaceae that is endemic to the southeastern US. Saw palmetto berries are used to treat urinary tract and prostate infections and have shown to be effective in healing prostate cancer. The herb also strengthens and builds body tissues while encouraging weight gain.
